Ordering:
The ordering process is quite simple.

• We use a standard basket / shopping cart software including a delete function.
• When we receive your order we will contact you with shipping, timing and payment details.
• We have the largest range known and therefore sometimes some items are unavailable.


Shipping:

• As a guideline to shipping, a consolidated 20 foot container may take 3-4 weeks to prepare.
• Smaller sea shipments would take about one week less, and a 40 foot container about one week more.
• Lead time obviously depends on products selected.
• Sea freight worldwide is approximately one month.
• An airfreight order, generally being smaller, would take less time to prepare and takes only a few days to arrive.
We work with a team of very experienced packers.
However, because of the nature of the transportation some damage may occur.
In most cases returning of imported goods is not financially viable.
Please contact us about any breakages.
We put desiccant in all our containers to fight the possibility of mould and dampness during the voyage.

Product Details:
Products may vary from photograph shown, such as colour and style, and in the case of clothing, size.
We supply the best products for your market, but please feel free to use the “Preferences” box to clarify your preferences or dislikes.
The products (and therefore shipments) are separated by country of origin.
Sometimes is possible for items to be sourced in other countries.
For example crochet products, and sarongs are generally sourced in Indonesia, but are often available in Thailand, and in the case of printed and tie-dye motifs, are made in bulk in Thailand.
We can help to source in secondary countries to help you with the benefit of a single shipment.

The described size of an object is the largest dimension of whether height, front or depth in centimetres.
In circular items it likely refers to the diameter.
Due to the nature of the product sizes should be regarded as a guideline only.


Payment Terms:
We will contact you with information regarding your order, recommended shipping details with an estimate, and a request for a deposit (30%).
The preferred recommended payment is by inter-bank international transfer to our accounts in Asia.
For your convenience paypal and credit cards services are available with a small surcharge (2% credit cards and 5% paypal) as we operate a narrow margin volume business.
The balance should be paid when the shipment is ready and cargo charges have been calculated, and the customs clearance documents will, then be dispatched.
There are several factors affecting prices, so we reserve the right to change prices, but after an order is made increases will only be made with the agreement of the buyer.
